This will be an interactive session explaining the Restorative Circle approach to faculty meetings, student discipline, and other school related activities. Topics include introductory activities, games, check-ins, developing a culture of trust and engagement in group meetings, and problem solving using the fishbowl activity. This session will be relevant to anybody working at a school or other institution where you wish to make your approach more inclusive, improving school culture and morale for students and adults.
